Place was spotless! There were some unsavory characters staying there but no one bothered us. Front desk had a hair dryer thank God because I forgot mine at home. Beds are a little stiff but 1000% would stay again!!
I came here from Los Angeles... found The "MOTEL 6" on Priceline. Pretty much was the most cost effective place to stay, but was skeptical because it was a " MOTEL 6"! wasn't disappointed! Ms. Debbie checked us in... we had arrived a litte early. She was so warm, friendly... took care of us as if we were in a 5 star Hotel! The room was clean, beautiful, outstanding... especially for the price out here in Santa Barbara! Will definitely come here, every time im in Santa Barbara. Conveniently located . Everything is great!

Pam at the front desk was great! Great room, clean, safe, well lit, plenty of parking for the 16' box truck I was driving. Pam gave ne a fair+ rate and when I needed a USB adapter to charge my phone Pam came through with a smile. It's refreshing to get all of the above for a reasonable price these days. Much Appreciated!
It is a great value, and we have stayed here more than once, getting two rooms next to each other for a family of five. The parking lot can be a little noisy at night. We have been incredibly impressed by the cleaning service, which makes up the beds daily and even rearranges our strewn power and charging cords into artistic patterns. Kudos!
We stayed in a very nice, clean accessible room, my hubby, myself and our 3 dogs. We left the next morning to drive to our destination...Tucson. We realized (many hours later) we had left a bag there. The staff who answered when we called was great and they had found our bag and we were able to make plans for it to get back to us. So professional and helpful
I had to travel for a family emergency and booked a room last minute. I got a good rate on my room, and the young lady at the front desk was very sweet and helpful when I checked in! I appreciated that I was given a room on the second floor. As a woman traveling alone, I prefer not to stay on the first floor/street level for my safety. The area is busy, it’s on a main street in Santa Barbara so there is some activity outside at night, but nothing that was concerning. My room was immaculately clean, my bed and pillows were very comfortable, and it was perfect for what I needed. A short distance to the beach and popular restaurants too.
